Eric Litman, Chairman & CEO

Eric Litman is Chairman and CEO of Medialets, the most widely deployed rich media advertising platform for mobile. He is a pioneer of the Internet’s commercialization, and as a co-founder of Proxicom, helped to build one of the first, largest, and most successful publicly traded interactive agencies. Eric most recently served as Managing Director of WashingtonVC, an early-stage fund and incubator. Previously, Eric held senior executive roles in high-growth Internet businesses, as founder and CEO of Viaduct Technologies, a global Internet and mobile interactive agency. He was also instrumental in building digitalNATION, a world leading web hosting and services provider, from its launch through its $100m acquisition by Verio Internet/NTT (NYSE: NTT). Eric began his career with technical and software engineering positions at GEnie, a pre-Internet online service provider, and NeXT Computer.

Aaron Mittman, VP Global Sales

Aaron Mittman joins Medialets from Panther Express where he built out the sales from pre-revenue to a run-rate of over $10MM. Prior to Panther, Aaron lead sales and marketing at Comerxia where he was SVP Global Sales for their international commerce enabling solutions. Prior to Comerxia Aaron spent over four years with DoubleClick, where he most recently served as the VP of Global Technology Solutions. He brings over twenty years of experience in enabling revenue generation of technology solutions and serving as a leader at the forefront of highly successful digital media advertising and marketing technology offerings. While with DoubleClick, Mr. Mittman lead US sales and account management for their industry leading $120 million annual DART ASP and Enterprise businesses. Aaron came to DoubleClick from their acquisition of NetGravity where he was a Director.

Keith Gelles, Chief Technology Officer

Keith Gelles is a leading figure in the online advertising technology industry, having helped to create and grow to scale the Internet rich media advertising market. In his previous role as co-founder and CTO of PointRoll, Keith was responsible for managing the development of rich media product technologies and ad serving platforms that power the largest online properties. Over the course of 9 years, he was instrumental in growing the company from its beginning to over 300 employees and its subsequent acquisition by Gannett in 2005. Prior to PointRoll, Keith served as technical development manager for Advertising.com, overseeing architecture design, web site development, mobile R&D, and implementation of various advertising solutions. Before joining Advertising.com, he was chief architect for the Netceleration division of Neuristics, leading the development of a suite of predictive modeling, optimization, and analytics tools for ecommerce applications. Keith also worked at Spectra Marketing where he was responsible for design and implementation of an industry-leading marketing analytics platform.

Andrew Eisele, Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Medialets, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of TargetSpot, where he helped to build the nation’s largest internet and mobile radio advertising network. Prior to TargetSpot, Andrew was Senior Director of Business Development at Associated Content, a leading online publisher and provider of multimedia content which was recently acquired by Yahoo!. Andrew was previously at About.com from shortly after launch, through its initial public offering and eventual acquisition by Primedia. At About.com, Andrew’s role as Vice President, Partner/Product Development included managing Sprinks, a contextually-targeted pay-per-click network, and the Luna Network, an ad network of over 500 independent niche partner websites. Andrew has also worked at TIME Inc. New Media, Loan Pricing Corporation (a Reuters company) and Citicorp, where he started his career trading and structuring asset-backed securitizations. Also the founder of Dial-A-Box, one of the internet’s largest independent sellers of moving and packing supplies, Andrew holds an M.B.A. in Finance/International Business from New York University and a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University.
