Eric Litman, Chairman & CEO
Eric Litman is Chairman and CEO of Medialets, the essential advertising platform for mobile, tablets and connected devices. He is a pioneer of the Internet’s commercialization, and as a co-founder of Proxicom, helped to build one of the first, largest, and most successful publicly traded interactive agencies. Eric most recently served as Managing Director of WashingtonVC, an early-stage fund and incubator. Previously, Eric held senior executive roles in high-growth Internet businesses, as founder and CEO of Viaduct Technologies, a global Internet and mobile interactive agency. He was also instrumental in building digitalNATION, a world leading web hosting and services provider, from its launch through its $100m acquisition by Verio Internet/NTT (NYSE: NTT). Eric began his career with technical and software engineering positions at GEnie, a pre-Internet online service provider, and NeXT Computer.
Richy Glassberg, Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Medialets, Glassberg brings with him over two decades of experience across a wide range of digital advertising, sales and operations disciplines. Starting in the cable industry in the mid-1980′s at MTVN and then Turner Broadcasting where he launched CNN.com’s advertising business in 1995, Glassberg was a pioneer in the early digital age. He was a co-founder of the IAB and served as Vice Chairman for the formative years, helping to establish the organization as the leader in providing industry standards, research and guidance. Glassberg served as the Executive Vice President of Ad Sales for Lionsgate/TV Guide, where he directed media ad sales for TV Guide’s broadcast, online, mobile, broadband and video-on-demand platforms. He ran News Corp’s speed channel ad sales after the acquisition, and in 1999, Glassberg founded and served as the CEO of Phase2Media, one of the first online sales and marketing firms dedicated to exclusive representation of branded sites. He is also a founding board member of Breastcancer.org and the Chairman of the Breastcancer.org Bowl-a-Thon.
Stephen Dove, SVP Product
As Senior Vice President of Product, Stephen Dove leads all product development initiatives at Medialets. Stephen brings more than a decade of experience in product development in the digital space, specializing in digital transformation, video and internet advertising. Most recently, Stephen served as the Chief Digital Officer at Prisa TV in Spain, where he launched the online video content streaming service for the premium cable and satellite network Canal+. Prior to his work at Prisa, Stephen served as a product manager for both Google and Doubleclick, leading DART for Publishers and DoubleClick for Advertisers. Before getting into the digital space, Stephen spent several years building pianos and leading the service department at Steinway & Sons Pianos.
