Creative developers will love some of the new features now available on the Medialets Showcase App. If you’ve ever struggled to debug an ad or have wanted to quickly view how changes to an ad will look on device, the Medialets Showcase App now offers you the ability to debug your ad creative using Safari development tools and supports quick ad bundle upload through iTunes.

Debug Medialets Ad Creative Using Showcase App and Remote Safari Debugger

Creative developers who have ever wrestled with an ad that is just not behaving as it should will appreciate the new feature of the Medialets Showcase App which allows them to access the ad code running on device in Showcase for fast debugging.

If you are familiar with the Web Inspector interface to debug web pages, you will be able to quickly use the Remote Safari Debugger to attach to your device and debug your ads.

Simply access your ad on a Safari browser, select and change any attribute of your ad – HTML, CSS, Javascript, or image definitions – and see how those changes affect your ad on the device. You will literally see how your ad changes as you are typing in a new attribute.

Edit Medialets Ad Creative Using Showcase App and iTunes File Share

While the process of uploading new versions of an ad bundle to Medialets Muse™ is very simple, sometimes creative developers want an even quicker way to view their updates prior to committing them to Medialets Muse™. The latest version of the Medialets Showcase App supports this need by facilitating file sharing through iTunes.

If you want to make revisions to ads appearing on your Medialets Showcase App, simply use iTunes File Share to access the ad bundle, make any edits you need, and quickly upload the edited bundle back through iTunes to view it on the Medialets Showcase App.
