In case you missed BlackBerry’s DevCon Keynote today, RIM president Mike Lazaridis announced the launch of a new Advertising Service. The BlackBerry Advertising Service helps developers integrate advertising in their BlackBerry(R) smartphone applications quickly and easily, while also allowing advertisers, agencies and brands to work with a broad selection of advertising networks.

Blackberry’s Advertising Service also includes plans to integrate Medialets mobile rich media ad platform, enabling Medialets’ high-value rich media ad formats, ad delivery and analytics for Blackberry devices. Read the announcement.

To date, the Medialets team has worked aggressively to bring cutting-edge rich media advertising capabilities to the latest iPhone, iPad and Android platforms. Through this relationship with RIM, we’ll further extend the industry’s most engaging mobile rich media ad formats to the broadest range of devices and operating systems.

Medialets partners with AOL’s ADTECH

On May 11th, we officially launched Medialets Enrich, a preferred partner program that makes Medialets’ rich media ad formats available across a broader array of iPhone, iPad and Android apps. The program, which includes industry leading networks, mediators and servers such as Jumptap, Mojiva, Nexage and Ringleader Digital, is designed to give advertisers more mobile rich media buying power.

Today we announced our latest Medialets Enrich partnership with ADTECH, AOL’s ad-serving solution serving a broad audience of 800 million unique users. ADTECH will integrate Medialets Universal SDK for iPhone, iPad and Android into their mobile platform, giving ADTECH’s publisher clients and advertisers access to our high-impact, cross-platform mobile rich media ad formats.

Our joint press release has more details on the partnership. To learn more about the Medialets Enrich program by contacting us at connect@medialets.com.

On the heels of the release of our Universal SDK for iPhone and iPad, today we partnered with Jumptap to give advertisers and publishers on the Jumptap network access to Medialets’ highly engaging rich media mobile app ad formats.

Now advertisers have more buying options for a single campaign. They can run the same creative across Medialets’ enabled publishers and the Jumptap network while tracking a consistent set of metrics across the entire campaign.

This partnership further enhances Medialets position as the most widely deployed rich media ad & analytics solution for mobile apps.
